Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges allowed on personalised or clearance stock.
We abide by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described. We do our best to include sizing and accurate descriptions, however we no not exchange based on "I changed my mind". Please keep this in mind when ordering.

All product details — including quality, materials, colours, and sizes — are confirmed through our Terms & Conditions and the artwork approval process. By approving your artwork, you confirm that all specifications are correct.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The goods match the approved specifications
  • The goods meet the Terms & Conditions and your approved artwork
  • The issue arises from a misunderstanding of the Terms & Conditions or artwork specifications

What qualifies as faulty

Goods are considered faulty only when they are not fit for use due to:

  • An incorrect quality, colour, or size supplied that differs from the approved artwork
  • Spelling or grammatical errors made by us that do not match your approved artwork

What does not qualify as faulty

Goods are not considered faulty if:

  • They meet all approved specifications but do not meet your personal expectations
  • Spelling or grammatical errors were present in the artwork you approved

If spelling or grammatical errors were approved by you and printed, a reprint fee will apply in addition to the original price per unit.

If the product is faulty, not from postal damage, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Invitation Refund Eligibility Based on Timing

The amount refunded depends on when your cancellation request is received in relation to our design and production process.

Before we begin any work
100% refund
Your full payment is refunded if you cancel before we confirm that work has commenced. No design or preparation has taken place at this stage.

After we confirm commencement, but before artwork approval or production
80% refund
A partial refund applies once we have begun working on your design, layout, or customisation. This covers reasonable business costs already incurred in preparing your order. 

🖨️ After printing or production has begun
No refund
Once your order has entered printing or production, it cannot be cancelled. Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.
